PE/PP pelletizing extrusion line
This kind pellet plant is composed by single screw extruder or double stage extruder (mother and son type), cooling water tank, screen exchange device, cutter device, dryer and silo and so on.
This plastic pelletizing machine is mainly used for recycling PE or PP films, bags, wasted injection products or wasted extrusion products and so on.
Process: the bulk materials or thick flakes after crusher, conveyed into single screw extruder by screw loader, then compressing, plasticizing in the extruder and removed the volatile and moisture by the vacuum system, after filtering through the filtration system to pelletize into granules. Depends on different screw diameters of single screw extruder, capacity can over 100kg/h to 1000kg/h.
